a) Legal Representation
To be a Legal Representative (“Attorney-in-Fact”) means: to hold the position of the attorney-in-fact for the foreign partner in Brazilian territory, acting individually to represent the Client and, on their behalf, perform the following functions:
To represent the Client before Brazilian companies, of which the Client is or may become a partner, or shareholder and before any governmental public agencies and authorities and other independent agencies regarding any issues of a legal nature.
b) Legal Administration
Figaro provide legal administration services for start-up companies and paralegal services throughout their incorporation and operationalization processes until they are able to proceed with their activities with their in-house team.
